Terms of Service

1. Overview

Algerify ("we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides e-commerce tools for merchants in Algeria. Our platform enables you to create and manage an online store, process orders, coordinate shipping, and manage your business operations.

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Algerify provides the following tools and services:

• Online store builder with custom subdomain or domain
• Product and inventory management
• Order management and tracking dashboard
• Checkout and payment processing
• Integration with shipping providers for label creation and tracking
• Phone-based order confirmation hub (Confirmation Service)
• Analytics and reporting

We are a technology provider. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical products. You, the merchant, are solely responsible for the products you sell, the accuracy of your listings, fulfillment, and customer service.

3. Account Registration

To use Algerify, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in Algeria to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Algerify offers subscription plans with different feature tiers. New accounts may receive a free trial period.

• Subscription fees are billed in Algerian Dinar (DZD) unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to active subscribers.
• If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts with overdue payments after reasonable notice.

5. Refunds

Subscription Plans

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of your payment. To request a refund, contact us at support@algerify.shop.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Your account must be in good standing at the time of the request.
• After 30 days, subscription payments are non-refundable.

Credits and Add-ons

Purchased credits (such as AI credits or other consumable add-ons) are non-refundable once purchased. Credits are consumed as you use them and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Algerify to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products
• Engage in fraud, deception, or misleading business practices
• Violate any applicable Algerian laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or other users' stores
• Attempt to access other merchants' data or accounts without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Your Store and Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to your store (product images, descriptions, branding, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Algerify a license to host, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Customer Data

When customers place orders on your store, their data (name, phone, address) is processed through our platform. You are the data controller for your customers' information. We act as a data processor on your behalf.

You must handle your customers' personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Do not misuse, sell, or share customer data obtained through Algerify for purposes unrelated to fulfilling their orders.

9. Shipping Integrations

Algerify integrates with third-party shipping providers to facilitate label creation and tracking. We are not a shipping company and are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or shipping disputes. These are between you and the shipping provider.

10. Limitation of Liability

Algerify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any lost revenue, profits, or data arising from your use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for disputes between you and your customers.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting us at support@algerify.shop. Upon termination:

• Your store will be deactivated and no longer accessible.
• We will retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
• Outstanding orders should be fulfilled before closing your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Algeria.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
